  You must have a bitter demeanor in order to work here. A very negative atmosphere with grumpy people behind the counter.
  
  Avoiding the rush I came in one month early to do my shopping however I purchased a size too small and came in the next day to do a simple exchange. NOT the case, they made it extremely difficult. I was the only customer there and perhaps they were disturbed I interrupted their texting time. The young woman spoke very rudely to me, questioning my judgement and I had to literally ask them 7 times to see a certain size challenging me on it every time! I don't know why it was so difficult for them to just to oblige. It's a shame we have to go through this process I can not wait to never deal with them again.
