  I have gone here twice and both times i've been very unhappy. The first time, I asked for a trim and layering. This is the mess I ended up with. It was awful and impossible to manage. I returned and got it "fixed" the next day. I gave it another chance after the first time, against my better judgement. I just wanted a simple trim, but it was still awful. Although its literally right down the street, I'd rather drive a few miles away than come back here.
